Domaine Merlet, Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The Merlet family has been at the helm of the Domaine for 9 generations, all the way back to 1650; they have always been one of the most important players in Languedoc wine production and nothing has changed to this day. Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a beautiful deep red-purple in colour. A nose of black fruit and spices leads to a refined palate with hints of laurel, blackcurrant, forest fruits and black pepper. A great wine to pair with all sorts of grilled meats or cheeses.
